More Orient Beaches around Samui island Almost all of the beaches on the west and south sides of Samui are short and narrow. So, tourists do not pursue them as their first destination. However, if you have time to visit these locals you should realize that every beach is attractive in its own way. One more thing, when Chaweng and Lamai beach have hard winds and high waves, you can come play in the water in these areas as much as you wish.  Beach photos gallery.
