I am trying to be green at home as well. Home is the place we have total control over, so we can apply our green vision to our home.
I remember some years back how we were wasting so much printing paper in the office. i made the effort to print on the other side on order to conserve the paper and ultimately our trees. The water catchment areas in my country have been ravaged by so much logging and i fear we will pay the price for our negligence very soon
These advice are useful for office style of job. But in my case, I work with permanently working device which consume about few MWt of energy per hour. and working with such device it is silly to think about 6Wt light bulbs…
We have started to go green, it’s easier to transition slowly than to try to make everyone jump on board all at once.
Going green is something we all need to do our part to make real. If each of us planted a shrub, never mind a tree think what a difference that could make alone. Never mind if we conserved water, heat and electricity.
Going green is the best idea anyone can do to lessen the green house effect the whole world is at now.. But it will surely require lots of discipline to do so.
These are some great tips, however, can you expand this to tips to go green while traveling? Are there certain types of luggage, modes of transportation, or hotels that are more green than others?
I have started to go green, but no doubt it will surely require lots of hard work to do so. It is very important at that time for all human being because population of world is going up and with environmental pollution is also so, I think it is really seriously problem, after jointly hard work we can solved this problem.

There should be green stores everywhere, where people can buy stuffs with green technology. I’ve seen these kind of stores on TV and i think it’s very helpful for people who concern about the environment, their products can save energy, lessen the pollution and save money. There should be stores like this all around the world.

At work, we’re now using re-usable coffee mugs and cups instead of the disposable ones. Also, we started using organic pesticides as our product. These products are less harmful to the environment than compared to those old fashioned chemical pesticides. Feels good to think that I am contributing something to help our planet!
At home we are eco friendly and of course we also want to go green in the office. We use reusable cups and mugs, we turn off lights when no one is using it, if possible we go paperless and all our papers are recycled.
The workplace is to be green and economical too. We enjoy working there at any situations. Feel so happy..
Green place keep my mind peaceful. It is also helpful to gain fresh air around. In truth superior for health. However, going green is the best idea anyone can do to reduce the green house effect the whole world is at now… But it will certainly require lots of discipline to do so.

Go Green and live green is the main Motto of my life and that’s the reason I have planted so many plants all over my lawn and my house. I have liked the post.

Nice effort. I must say that Green evolution can be in the brighter side if we can compromise our extravaganza life style and daily consumption pattern. By this I mean you can not always depend on hydrocarbon products or industry made goods having artificial basement. Rather rely on nature and natural goods as far as possible not at the cost of over exploiting them.Make a give and take relation with nature and do not have luxury at your best by damaging nature.
Earth is our home & we have some responsibilities & duties to make our environment healthy & green. Your tips are really effective i want to add something. I have added Google’s new search engine in my browser as a home page. It is called Blackle. Google is going green too & this search engine saves some watts while you browse the web.
green place has a capability to absorb our stress and keep our minds cool. it’s a pleasant color.

The facts i started to do for green at work are: going at work with bicycle, use paper on both sides and tell others to do the same, keep the used paper for recycling or for other situations, turn off all the lights on day time, put plants on my office and my neighbors office… and there will be more
Green is associated with our environment. We should take a big part in our Mother Nature as we as we the sole responsible for whatever may happen to our environment. So, go with the GREEN and have a role!
Bring your own cup and don’t use paper cups…. also one thing we used to do was collect all the paper that was only used on one side, that would have been recycled - and then keep it for rough note paper, saves some money on note pads too.
