Flowers can be color coordinated to the preferences of the client. If the requested flowers are rare or difficult to obtain Free House takes the liberty to quote a new price for the setup. We are happy to accommodate any other flower requirement. Table set up flowers are quoted separately. Our base flower is tropical flower such as roses, orchid, sexy pink, lotus, birds of paradise and etc.

Thai wedding

Buddhist ceremony program:
The couple starts the ceremony by lighting incense and candles, and kneeling close together opposite the 3 orange-robed monks. Bride and groom raise their hands, palms together, in the traditional Thai gesture of respect known as a wai. After the monks have chanted blessings in Sanskrit for 10 minutes, the head monk (called the abbot) ties sacred white string around the couples’ wrists and sprinkles lustral (holy) water over their heads with a leafy branch. The couple then presents symbolic gifts and donations to each monk and again kneels before the head abbot who blesses them. As the bride and groom hold each others’ hands, the man pours lustral water from a small brass container over both their wrists. Finally, the abbot anoints the couple’s foreheads with three daubs of holy paste. (Please ,remember that women must never touch the monk)

Free House staff will be on hand at all times to prompt the participants as to the correct protocol. Organizing the gift baskets and donation envelopes traditionally presented to monks at any religious ceremony. (Gift items include such essentials as toothpaste, mosquito repellant, instant noodles, soap, etc.)
